Hi, I’m Tobin Lehman

I’ve spent the last 20-plus years working with hundreds of business leaders from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies developing growth marketing strategies while running a top-ranked digital marketing agency.

In my consulting career, I have also influenced companies beyond marketing. I’ve implemented EOS within my company, as well as helping others on that journey of self-implementation.  I’ve built an award-winning culture winning a “Best Places to Work” award. Overall, I’ve shaped processes and business-as-ministry approaches that help companies exist for more than just profit.

I’ve earned a reputation as a dynamic leader, data-driven marketer, insightful consultant, and faithful servant, all by the grace of God.

I’ve also developed a dynamic process for implementing Business-as-Missions (BaM) within any type of company. Aligning business purposes to God by creating a glorifying mission within the business is a passion that I want to share with the world.

Now I am seeking to use my experience and theological training to help missional companies go further. From establishing Business-as-Missions (BaM) philosophy and processes to implementation and business process management,
I want to help organizations go further for the glory of God.

Services

Business-As-Mission Assessment (BAMa)

The BaM assessment is a two-day assessment of your business’s readiness for the implementation of a BaM transformation of your culture and operations. If you want to shift to a BaM model but are not sure if you are ready, this engagement is for you.

May Include: 

  • One-to-one CEO meeting, dinner with spouse

  • Leadership team one-to-one meetings

  • Staff Assessment

  • Operational Evaluation

  • Market Evaluation

  • Impact Assessment

The findings are cumulated in the final report given to the CEO with recommendations with an outline of implementation.

Engagement: 2,000 USD

Fractional Chief Mission Officer (CMO)

This engagement is for companies who wish to implement BaM and require leadership and accountability internally to execute the implementation. This is for the leader who wants to do more, but does not have the time to focus on implementation.

May Include:

  • BAM Strategy Development

  • Staff Chaplaincy

  • CEO Weekly Coaching and Reporting

  • BAM Operational Implementation

  • Leadership Team Accountability

Engagement: This engagement starts with a 3/mo initial phase, then quarterly. Cost ranges based on the scale of implementation.


Ad-Hoc BAM Consulting

Consulting services are for the functional implementation of the BaM assessment and other ad-hoc consulting needs. These can range to all areas of the implementation and resolution of issues in BaM. 

Engagement: Based on the issue.
